Alexander & Delisha (sorry if I misspelled) was awesome. Alexander contacted me extremely quick once I placed my request in & we were able to schedule my appointment. The day of my appointment Alexander & Delisha came prepared. They switched out my thermostat to a 3rd Generation Nest Thermostat. They made sure I was able to program it on my phone. They also did maintenance on my HVAC & replaced a battery for me. Alexander was very knowledgeable. I thought his price was fair & that he wasn’t just trying to sale me like some technicians. I will be contacting them for future HVAC needs going forward!

Our heat went out 01/31/2023 and the morning of 02/01/2023, we reached out to the company via thumbtack due to the great reviews. Alexander responded within 10 minutes. He was professional from the very beginning. They communicated they were in route and were timely. The were prepared with shoe covers, we are OCD, and he and his apprentices work was top tier. They were professional, informative, patient with our questions and demonstrated thorough knowledge of HVAC. They tested everything to ensure there were no leaks, proper flow and took all safety precautions. Outstanding company, technicians and HIGHLY recommend.

DMV Mechanical responded within mins of a request that went out after 11:00pm on a Friday night. They promptly showed up the next day. They were kind, knowledgeable and throughly checked and troubleshooted out HVAC system. We ended up having a blown fuse, lose wires and apart that needed to be replaced. Within a few hours, our third floor cooled off. We will be calling them out in April for maintenance in preparation for the summer months. So happy to have found a company that love.

Alexander and Delisha were FABULOUS! Reached out in the late afternoon on Wednesday for AC unit, fan not running, assuming it would be Thursday or Friday before someone was available. They were at my house in 2.5 hours Wednesday night. Excellent at communicating what needed repaired and cost of repairs, included images every step of the way. Unit is running at peak performance. Plus services include a 5 year warranty. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!

Alexander responded within minutes to our request and showed up in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the ac unit. Within an hour we were already feeling a difference. It was no longer blowing out hot air. We would definitely use his services again and refer him to everyone. I had an emergency in the middle of the night, where my Air conditioning unit stop working. I submitted a service request to DMV Mechanical around 1 am on Saturday and got a response at 1:22am from Alex stating they will stop by around 9am to fix the issue. Alex and his teammate, Delisha, arrived on time early in the morning and fixed the air conditioner. Alex is very knowledgeable and provided additional tips regrading my 15+ years old HVAC system.

I want to start by saying they are quick to respond and get the job done! The two workers came in, assessed the situation and offered me a reasonable price to fix my heater pump. They knew what exactly I needed and already had the part ready on-site. I will be using them for all my HVAC issues going forward!

I needed an evaluation heading into summer on condition of my 23 year old HVAC. system. Alex and his assistant were punctual, professional and thorough, answering all of my questions and concerns in detail. Highly recommended!

We noticed our AC leaking Friday night and Saturday afternoon, he was in our townhouse, diagnosing the problem. He fixed the problem and also did some routine work to improve the quality and longevity of our machine.
